Description

Your spells have a chance of (Spell Damage Value)% per target to increase your Attack Speed by 2% for (2 + (Energy Regeneration Value))*(1 + 2 * Attack Speed Value) Seconds.

Spell Damage increases the chance. Attack Speed increases the duration. Energy Regeneration increases the duration.

Additional Informations

• The Attack Speed Buff can stack up to 500 times.

Tactics

• The chance will trigger each time an enemy is damaged from a spell effect. Thus DoT effects can trigger multiple times per second making them very strong with this bonus feat.
