Health + Energy Regeneration + Spell Damage = Invigorating Cloud
Each spell creates an area nearby for 10 seconds. While standing in the area your Energy Regeneration is increased by (energy Regeneration Value). When the duration of the area expires it collapse dealing ((Health Value / 2) * (1 + Spell Damage Value)) damage.
Health increases the flat damage. Spell Damage increases the damage percental. Energy Regeneration increases the Energy Regeneration.
