Whenever you deal damage with an automatic attack (Movement Speed Value)% of that damage is stored. When you drop under 35% of your maximum Health the stored amount is created as a shield for 10 seconds. As long as the shield lasts your automatic attacks heal you for (Life Drain Value).
Movement Speed increases the storage. Life Drain increases the heal.
